He told me Finsa are under review having breached their license.
they were given a period of grace within which time they were to implement certain procedures.
I in the meantime was to phone Finsa each time I had a problem.
Tell him and then they would come and do test at my home...
I asked if Finsa were being monitored to see if required procedures were being implemented...
I got vague reply that it was a question of finance...
I link that to TDs rallying to give some lee way to Finsa to support local employment and I
think that safely or rather unsafely adds to something does not add up here...
I have left a recorded message on EPA voicemail this weekend.
I also think it weird that the factory was closed for few weeks until Brian Cowan visited -
